Kosep pulls bond as bankers prepare for shutdown
Korea Southeast Power (Kosep) cancelled a planned $300m bond on Tuesday, falling victim to a new issue market that was closed shut almost as soon as it reopened, after increasing fears about European sovereign debt pushed investors to the sidelines.
