Helaba to withhold stress test results
The board of German Landesbank Helaba has told the European Banking Authority it will not authorise the publication of stress test evaluations in which its silent participations are not recognised as core tier one capital. The non-recognition of these capital instruments slashes the bank’s core tier one capital by 50%, it said.
