ASF pulls bond as corporate party ends in Portugal hangover
The fragility of investor sentiment in Europe’s corporate bond market was acutely demonstrated this week. On Tuesday, investors showered Eu7.4bn of orders on a Eu1.75bn deal from Enel. The next morning there was so little interest in a Eu500m bond from Autoroutes du Sud de la France that the issue was abandoned — a rare event in the corporate market.
