Amadeus debut flourishes despite comp challenge
Pricing Monday's debut Eu750m bond by Amadeus IT Holding was not easy, even with eight bookrunners. Founded as a joint venture by Iberia, Lufthansa and Air France to manage a joint ticketing system, the company provides a range of IT services to airlines. It is headquartered in Spain but its fortunes are linked to global aviation, rather than to the Spanish economy.
