In China's most acrimonious commercial fracas, the French yoghurt-maker is due to re-launch a lawsuit claiming companies connected to its joint-venture partner, Hangzhou Wahaha, are profiting from the illegal sale of copies of its products. The row, which comes at a sensitive time for Sino-French relations, at least offers foreign firms some pointers on business dos and don'ts in China. Naomi Rovnick reports.
