PureGold to light up quiet Philippine IPO market
Philippine supermarket chain PureGold Price Club is hoping to raise up to Ps10.8bn ($255.3bn) from an initial public offering next month. The deal was approved by the Philippines stock exchange over the weekend, but bankers warn that the issuer will need to do a lot of work to overcome investors’ concerns about liquidity.
