Fears of quiet September for loans and bonds

But loans bankers are worried that potential deals for September and beyond will not emerge if market volatility continues. Bond syndicate bankers are also unsure whether September will bring the usual rush of EM deals. Many say that issuers are so well funded that they can afford to wait.
