CBQ files for $5bn EMTN programme in London
Commercial Bank of Qatar has filed a $5bn EMTN programme on the London Stock Exchange. BNP Paribas, Commercial Bank of Qatar, HSBC and Morgan Stanley arranged the programme, which was filed on August 11.
