Moody’s holds off on UK downgrades until IBC report
The decisions that the UK’s Independent Commission on Banking makes on bank ringfencing, bail-ins and Cocos could impact the senior debt ratings of the country’s biggest banks, after Moody’s said this week that it would wait for the commission’s announcement to decide on downgrades for 14 institutions.
