Citic increases bottom of price range, closes IPO
Citic Securities raised HK$12.97bn ($1.664bn) after pricing its Hong Kong IPO near the bottom of its price range on Tuesday night, but only after the Chinese firm pushed up the lower end of its range to comply with a restriction on the discount it could offer to its mainland-traded A-shares.
