Citic Securities raised HK$12.97bn ($1.664bn) after pricing its Hong Kong IPO on Tuesday night at the bottom of a price range that had to be revised to comply with a restriction on the discount the Chinese firm could offer to its mainland-traded ‘A’ shares.
