Xiao Nan Guo pulls IPO despite ‘headline demand’
Restaurant chain Xiao Nan Guo postponed a planned Hong Kong IPO on Wednesday, blaming market conditions. The company was hoping to raise HK$737m ($94.6m) from the listing and had covered its books by the end of last week, said bankers working on the deal.
