Overkill or positive surprise? Mixed reactions to ICB

The Independent Commission on Banking’s final report on recommendations for the future structure of the UK banking sector provoked mixed responses in the DCM community. Reactions ranging from a labelling of the report as “complete overkill” to comments that it contained positive surprises.
