Hongguo slashes IPO plan to $200m as sector tumbles
Chinese clothing company Hongguo International Holdings has started bookbuilding for a smaller-than-expected IPO. The company wants to raise as much as HK$1.62bn ($208m), a big cut from the $300m deal first mooted by the bookrunners.
