Round one to MS as Romania readies RFPs
Romtelecom, the OTE and Romanian government owned operator, on Friday mandated Morgan Stanley to advise on its options as the state ponders an IPO of the company. It is one of a swathe of the country’s assets that could be listed over the coming months and more mandates will soon be up for grabs with RFPs expected to be sent out for two more deals next week.
