KDB prepares to mandate for dollar bond
Korea Development Bank is considering issuing a bond worth at least $500m in early November, and plans to pick banks to work on the deal this week. The policy bank wants to follow the success of Korea National Oil Corp, which recently reopened the bond market with a heavily-demanded $1bn deal.
