Singapore’s K-Reit puts trust in rights issue to raise S$1bn for Ocean Properties acquisition

K-Reit Asia has launched a S$1bn ($786.6m) rights issue to fund the acquisition of a majority interest in Ocean Properties. The real estate investment trust is offering a tight discount to its trading price compared with recent rights issues in the region.
