Moody’s spares Denizbank ratings amid Dexia split
The split-up of Dexia Group, including the potential sale of Denizbank, are ratings neutral for its Turkish subsidiary, said Moody’s, as its ratings do not incorporate any support from its parent. Denizbank is rated Ba3 by the agency. Fitch has also affirmed its BBB- rating on the bank.
