Hypermarket Big C to issue Bt25bn rights
Big C Supercenter, the Thai hypermarket business, hopes to raise Bt25bn ($807.3m) from a rights issue. The company wants to raise the funds to repay debt from its recent acquisition of Carrefour’s Thai operations, allowing it to expand further.
