Russian diamond miner Alrosa (Ba3/BB-/BB-) mandated Goldman Sachs, UBS and VTB Capital to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Switzerland that took place yesterday. A dollar-denominated Reg S euro commercial paper offering may follow, subject to market conditions, though any potential issue is not expected until next week.
