Gazprom postpones CP issue amid price confusion
Gazprom postponed its planned issue of six month commercial paper late on Wednesday, after UBS opened books with price guidance of 4.5% yield area on Tuesday. Market participants away from the note were left wondering why it had been delayed as EM bonds had been relatively stable over the last two days.
