Eurosic tweaks BSA structure for €221m cap hike
Eurosic, the French property firm, on Wednesday launched a long-planned €221m capital increase to fund a €346m acquisition. The BNP Paribas-led deal, which is 78% backed by a shareholder pact that controls most of the company, tweaks the bons de souscription d’actions (BSA) structure.
