BPM banks prepare for rights auction
Banca Popolare di Milano headed into the last phase of its €800m rights issue this week with its underwriting syndicate on course to be left holding up to 15% of the bank. The Milanese lender reported an 81.7% take-up rate in the issue with a rights auction now to take place.
