Serial issuer TAG Immo makes €30m raid
Fast-growing German property company TAG Immobilien on Thursday completed a €30.5m private placement to fund the purchase of new properties. The acquisition was so attractive, said the company, that it justified the sale of equity at a deep discount to net asset value.
