Earthport raises £10.6m
Earthport, the UK-based cross-border payments facilitator, raised £10.6m on Tuesday from a three-pronged capital raising effort. The AIM-listed company sold 43.9m shares, 20.7% of the existing share capital, in a firm placing to raise £7.5m while it also conditionally placed another 8.8m shares to raise £1.5m and issued convertible loan notes for £1.6m.
