Volatility hits EFSF 10 year
The European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) has just postponed the long 10 year that it had planned to issue this week. Announcing the move on a call with investors on Wednesday morning, the entity also said it planned to raise funding for Ireland and Portugal until 2014.
