Mongolian policy bank sets up $600m bond shelf
The Development Bank of Mongolia (DBM), a newly-established policy bank, is preparing to raise as much as $600m from international investors, after setting up a Euro MTN programme. But the issuer is unlikely to raise all that in one attempt: it was trying to close a $20m debut at the end of last week.
