Cades reboots SSAs, but market still in Greek shadow

Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale (Cades) got European SSA issuance going again on Wednesday morning, shaking off any lingering disappointment from the decision by Spain’s Fondo de Amortización del Déficit Eléctrico to pull a deal on Tuesday. But negotiations over the Greek PSI continued to drag on.
