Agnelli to soak up yet more of Juve issue
Juventus football club this week completed its non-underwritten rights issue, raising €105m — €15m short of its target — but majority stakeholder, Giovanni Agnelli’s Exor has guaranteed the remaining rights, despite having already pre-paid for 60% of the deal and guaranteed a further 7.5%.
