Polkomtel, Fresenius suggest HY is thawing
The European high yield may be beginning to warm up after its long freeze. Polish telecoms operator Polkomtel announced a €900m deal in euros, dollars and zlotys last Friday and toured US investors this week. Fresenius, one of the European issuers with the best market access, is also preparing a deal.
