High yield market smashed open after Cikarang bonanza
Asian high yield borrowers have blown open the international bond market in style, after two deals in the last seven days — and huge appetite for the bond return of Indonesian power producer Cikarang Listrindo. Bankers preparing other issues hope to capitalise on the success of the deal and sweep up some $3.8bn of demand that was left unallocated.
