Pescanova tackles dilution with CB buyback and new issue
Spanish fishing company Pescanova has a market cap of a little over €500m and average daily trading of about 25,000 shares. It’s small and illiquid. But it is well known in the CB universe, having tapped the market twice before, and this week it did so again to raise net proceeds of €100m.
