CEEMEA pipeline swells but bank woes depress liquidity
Borrowers from central and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa joined the dollar bond issuance party this week, with $2.8bn of deals. But although a clutch more issues may be coming, thin liquidity and investors’ wariness of smaller, lower-rated deals mar the outlook, bankers said.
