UBS prepares for low trigger contingent tier two
UBS is expected to launch a non-dilutive low trigger tier two contingent capital deal as soon as next week, as it moves towards compliance with Switzerland’s incoming capital rules. After releasing its full year results on Tuesday, the bank said it would meet investors in Europe and Asia, starting on Wednesday and running through to early next week.
