Minsheng boosts capital with Hong Kong placement
China Minsheng Banking Corp raised HK$11.21bn ($1.44bn) at the start of this week, after launching a share placement in Hong Kong. It managed to price the deal above the middle of its range after attracting strong demand — and allocated around $1bn to just 10 investors.
