Cucinelli starts investor education
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Mediobanca started investor education for the eagerly-awaited €150m-€160m Milan IPO of Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli on Wednesday. The relatively small, but high-profile deal has attracted plenty of interest from potential investors over recent months with no pilot-fishing exercise taking place but reverse inquiries coming in for the deal.
