Veolia’s rare 15yr is €750m hit, but quickly widens
Veolia Environnement, the French water and waste management group, returned to the bond market on Monday for the first time since July 2010, and enjoyed the buoyant market conditions with a 15 year deal that blew out — as nearly all corporate issues were doing until Tuesday.
