Second London IPO slips under radar
While glamour IPOs on Euronext Amsterdam and SIX Swiss Exchange were being showered with attention on Monday, London quietly bagged its second new listing of the year. The £30m IPO of Energy Assets Group was run in a similar, low-key manner to the £169m January IPO of RusPetro — and the methodology could become even more widespread for small-cap deals.
