Godrej tests new Indian primary share sale route
India’s Godrej Properties increased the size of its follow-on offering in Mumbai this week after getting strong demand from investors. The real estate company raised Rs4.71bn ($91.3m) from the deal on Thursday, using the newly-created institutional placement programme (IPP) for the first time.
