Promsvyazbank picks banks for bond issue

Russia's Promsvyazbank (PSB) has mandated Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse and itself to arrange its new Eurobond. The bond is likely to be placed shortly after the Russian sovereign prices its new issue, said a banker close to the deal. The roadshow for the Russia sovereign deal finishes on 27 March.
