Chinese SOEs mull offshore renminbi listings
The offshore renminbi IPO market has been virtually non-existent so far, with only one deal sold last year. But that could soon change. The first mainland Chinese company will list on the Hong Kong stock exchange by the end of the year, according to Lawrence Fok, the chief marketing officer at the exchange.
