Webb calls out BoCom over jumbo share sale

David Webb, an activist investor and former member of the Hong Kong listing committee, wants Bank of Communications to consider a rights issue instead of its planned Rmb56.6bn ($8.9bn) share sale, to give existing investors an opportunity to avoid their stakes being diluted. But not all analysts agree that is the best idea.
