Wirecard attracts new investors with €140m cap hike
Wirecard, the payment processing firm, on Thursday raised €139.5m from a capital increase for 10% of its existing share capital in a deal to fund past and future acquisitions that gave new investors a chance to buy in to the strongly-performing stock.
