Telefónica holds back on £700m blowout
Telefónica, the Spanish telecoms group that owns the UK mobile phone network O2, launched a £700m eight year sterling bond on Monday that attracted one of the biggest order books for a sterling corporate bond this year. Yet the issuer did not push the deal as tight or as large as observers thought it might have.
