AZ, Smurfit joins block party
Carlyle Group and Vestar Capital were on Thursday evening selling 44.1m shares of AZ Electronic Materials, 11.6% of the company, in their third sale of stock since the October 2010 IPO. Deutsche Bank is sole bookrunner for the deal while Rothschild — for the third time this week — is advising the seller.
