Russian subs resurface after year’s absence
After a year long hiatus, Russian subordinated debt has resurfaced with its largest private sector bank issue yet. After Nomos Bank’s landmark $500m lower tier two bond last Friday and the seven year issue Gazprombank was poised to print on Friday, bankers also expect further deals from the country.
