SFC fines Mega Capital and pulls its licence
Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission has revoked a corporate finance advisory licence for the first time, as well as issuing its biggest-ever fine, at the end of a two year investigation into how Mega Capital (Asia) conducted research into the 2009 listing of Hontex International Holdings.
