Paladin closes $275m convertible, plots maturity extension
Paladin Energy, the Australian uranium resources company, raised $274m from a 2017 convertible bond on Monday evening after attracting broad demand from investors in Asia, Europe and Canada, where the company is listed. The deal will be used to buy back an outstanding convertible that has left investors well out of the money.
