Nomos reopens Russian sub debt with $500m
Nomos Bank has reopened the Russian sub debt market with a $500m lower tier two bond that priced on Friday. The deal was the first Russian sub debt deal since Russian Agricultural's deal at about this time last year, and was also the largest ever from a Russian private bank.
