Cambodia taps new source of liquidity with Water listing

After more than two years of work, bankers and regulators were able to celebrate the creation of an entirely new equity market this week, as Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority became the first Cambodian company to list in the country. They have no plans to wait so long for the next deal, however. There are already two in the pipeline.
